Asus Ultimate Overclocking Show: Photoblogger’s Taste of Overclocking

Last Saturday, May 23, 2009, ASUS invited us to watch in the first ever overclocking show in Cebu. There were lots of prizes and games for everyone.

Normally any techy person would start enumerating all the good stuff about the power of these hardwars but I’m gonna speak in the language I understand and of course, most of us understand.. The Hardwares of Asus are good.. Yep, damn good. (no nosebleeding yet? don’t worry, there won’t be any) The overclocking show was merely a presentation of how good it is.

The overclocking teams were composed of the Sugbo Elite Overclockers (SEO) and the Cebu extreme Overclockers (CEO). how very convenient names. The teams raced to see how far they can stretch the limit of their computers. This whole process did increase the functioning power of these hardwares 2X their usual performance. In short, that’s one fast computer.

Now normally any device would be assured of going bye bye after doing an overclocking. But this wasn’t just any device. These are top of the line quality hardware which gives Asus a good name.

After the overclocking show, everyone headed for a meal in Bigby’s which was delicious! I particularly liked the Dory Fish. And it was in Bigby’s that I met our newest member: Jose Francisco. Oh which reminds me. For those who think my post is too grade 1, you might as well go to Jose’s post in here. Now that’s guaranteed to give you a nosebleed since it dictates all the hardwares used and of course the different advantages of their uses.

Great time with the CBS. One interesting Show. Great food. Great friends. and Great Prizes.
