I have been to different airports and as far as I can remember, this particular airport in Korea, is the largest that I have ever been to. So what’s this picture’s story? Well, when we were in Korea, we were only there to have a connecting flight to USA. But the big problem was, the flight was 12 hours away. So my dad chose the tour package, which I personally did not like. We came back to the airport 7 hours early, so it meant I had 7 hours of nothing to do. So what should I do in an extremely large airport with many moving walkways, and pretty architectural designs and with me a 10.1 MP DSLR with two fully charged batteries? Hmmmmm. Take pictures! And this one happens to be my favorite.
So anyway, this picture means a lot to me. It happens to be the only picture I have in my top ten which is not in Cebu. The rest of my photos are within Cebu. This picture symbolizes my gateway to my own world. The world of photography. The way I see things. The way I appreciate what others tend to take things for granted. That’s one of the reasons why I love photography. It is in photography that I can see the world in a more beautiful perspective.
