“Shining, shimmering, splendid…”, this is a famous line from the song: ‘A Whole New World’. Okay, to begin with, I got this shot from an Italian restaurant on the mountains of Busay (La Tegola), just 20 minutes away from our house. I couldn’t help but say to myself, “hey, this is my world, I can’t believe it can be this beautiful.” This is a shot of Cebu City,Mandaue City, and Mactan including the two bridges.
Photography is so much more than just taking pretty pictures and getting praises from people. It is much more than just keeping still a moment of forever. For me, in the case of this picture, it is showing you my world. In photography, I can show you my world.
