Camera Care Cebu

Digicam service center a.k.a Camera Care
Camera repair in Cebu was once difficult and mind you I’ve heard of a series of complaints of how this service center or that service center just didn’t do it right.
Well there is a Digicam Service center in Cebu and yes this was previously named as Camera Care. I often get questions such as where can I repair my camera in Cebu and I will always refer to the service center if they are still under warranty. But if you’re out of the free service limit in your baby then Camera Care is the best place to go to.
They also have camera lens cleaning services depending on the length of your camera lens. I have to say I’ve had a good experience with them and they don’t charge too much. I would definitely recommend having your camera cleaned in this place. Very professional, polite and on time. You won’t get frustrated waiting for your gadget to come back to you from wherever the service center may be sending it too. (some would send it as far as Singapore o_0)
So there you have it: Camera Care/Digicam service center which is located in the Sampaguita Suites @ JRG BLDG., Gen. Maxilom Ave. Cebu City, (formerly belvic theater)
Contact them via this no. 032-5811797—0927-6703197

how will it cost to repair a sony digital camera , the only damage is the click button. the one you click when getting a picture. hoping for your response. thank you sososo much.
@Anna I don’t own the store so I don’t really know the price but in my several experiences with the store I can assure you of the following (it’s most likely going to cost around 1-2k or hopefully less, if it’s SONY then the part takes a long time to ship, yes it’s slow) BUT you are assured too of a superb service from Camera Care. hope this helps.

@almostgwapo hi, i’m sorry but they can’t really tell if it’s a motherboard problem or just a button problem. you’ll really need to present the camera to them.
hi just wanna ask if you have an idea or experience on my cam’s case…
it fell on the floor with the lens extended..it’s a canon digicam..now it’s locked and lens will not retract,lens error is indicated on the screen when i turn it on…can they fix it..will it cost much?tnx,god bless…
@JL Theyve had all kinds of repairs for digicams there, I’m not sure of the cost and it can probably average around 5k php depending on the parts (or hopefully less). you can try to visit the place and they can quote for you without charge. Rest assured in my experience they’re the best when it comes to fixing cameras.
ok,il try to visit the store…hope it wont cost that much..if it will id better just save and buy a new one..thanks!
I had a camera and a lens that I checked in for repairs. And 3 months later both items were still in there. Now the worst part comes the repairman won’t even answer his cellular phone which makes me think he is up to something.
Maybe I will try and get somebody from DTI to help me with my camera and lens problem that is in “DIGICAM SERVICE CENTER.” The devices had been with this store since March of 2011 up until now nothing happens. Sorry dude I’m tired of waiting. Try to talk to my lawyer since we are now on the verge of taking this complaint to DTI…
@BorgyBaby your choice bro
i’m from ormoc.. i hav this digital ixus cam which i accidentally fell and i was searching for a repair center in cebu coz there’s no available repair center here. then there is this service center for the camera brand which i know could take a month or more before my unit could be returned to me and it would be difficult for me to make follow ups coz i’m an island away, plus it’s more expensive there.
then i heard that you can do the repair within a short period of time and that customers could wait til it’s done. am just curious coz i only hav a limited time for staying in cebu and that if you’re open on saturdays? hope for your kind reply.thnx
@kit hi, this is not the website of Camera Care but I do know that they are open on Saturdays. Just make sure you go bring it around 2pm where there is most likely to be someone in the store.
hi. i called thier number many times but seems that either landline or Mobile dont exist anymore. Always cant be reach. TT TT
@April hmm. I think you’ll really need to approach them na.
Do they repair simple digicams?i mean digicams that are not that expensive?
@Glee yep they do
murag mahal man ni nga camera repair shop ui… saonzzz basta daghan na camera shop diri cebu, ilang price tingali mu go as low as 200… HAHAHA
my lens has molds inside it… do they accept cleaning? btw, it’s an ef-s 28-135mm. do you have any idea about the price? and the length of the cleaning. thanks in advance and this blog is very helpful
One of my lens is being repaired by this shop at the moment. First time to have my lens repaired by this store, so i cant really tell if they’re good or not. However, I’ll be getting the lens tomorrow, so i keep my fingers crossed.
I go to this shop from time to time since they are also a hub for people wanting to sell their photography equipment.
By the way, they are closed on Sundays (and presumably Philippine holidays).
@Ken hey, this reply might be too late but yes they do accept cleaning
