awts >.< Sinulog foundation should come up with a form of online registration. But I guess they're prioritizing the first come first serve registration policy.

Well I’m afraid registration is offline and is in the Cebu City Sports Complex. It’s at 750php and you get a Large Vest with it (for exclusive ID purposes). I’m not sure until when they have the registration. When will you arrive in Cebu? it’s helpful if you have a friend who can register for you.

Hello again, thanks! Would you be so kind to tell me how/where I could possibly register [online, I suppose?]? I really have no idea how it’s done there. I’ve only been to Panagbenga because I’m from Baguio, and it looks like the fuss with IDs and stuff is the same with Sinulog.

Hope you could give me some more tips. I’m already panicky with hotel reservations, air tix, and all, but I really hope I can go. Thanks and Happy New Year!

Hello nikka,

Yep you can shoot in the street sidelines, and if you’re lucky you can find some areas where you can just go inside even without ID (yep security sucks like that)

As for the registration I do believe until now it’s still ongoing. Hope to see a fellow blogger if I can

Hi there. Very nice and helpful entry. I’m planning to visit Cebu for the Sinulog this year. I know it’s a bit late but can I still get a photog’s pass? If I don’t, will I still be allowed to shoot in the street sidelines? Thanks very much!
