San Diego Banquet

I am a food lover. And by being a food lover I am less picky than usual. Being less picky doesn’t really mean I will indulge in any kind of food. It means I am willing to try anything as long as it won’t make my stomach go upside down.

Different cuisines fascinate me. I particularly have a preference for our local dishes in the Philippines, Chinese cuisine, Spicy Thai Cuisine, and the very delicate Italian Cuisine. I say delicate because the Italian cuisine has a lot of factors to consider in order for it to be called genuine Italian food.

With the advent of readily available cheese in our country Pizzerias are popping up like mushrooms. There are too many of them one tends to forget what is the true essence of Italian Cuisine. Italian food is most importantly NOT FAST FOOD. It is composed of specially chosen ingredients all the way from Italy. (I believe in being as original as possible)

Somewhere in San Diego you have the San Diego banquet. The San Diego Banquet consists of Italian Coastal dishes. You can see in their website prawns and fishes cooked in the manner which can make you say “Bon Appetit!” Yep, their cuisine consisting more than just the usual pizza and pasta.
