Sinulog sa Kabataan 2010 Results

After having finished registering in the Abellana Office, I finally got my I.D. for the year 2010 Sinulog Photocontest. I took the opportunity to use the I.D. for taking Sinulog Kabataan 2010 Pictures.

I had the opportunity to be accompanied with Eric and Sinjin as we ventured the blazing trail from Capitol to Abellana. It was the start of the Sinulog Photocontest and already there were a good number of Photographers. I was rather irritated by some photographers who really had no sense of respect for the dancers and also for other photographers who are still taking their turn in taking a shot. Second, when you get to hit a photographer, ALWAYS SAY SORRY! Tsk tsk.

Anyway, after the long walk from Capitol, we finally reached the Abellana Oval and this was where the real dancing took place. The children really put on a show for the people who completely filled the Grand Stand seats. Starting of with seven contingents from the elementary division and finishing with eight contingents from the secondary division.

This is but one of the several activities that will be happening here in the Queen City of the South: Cebu City. Even as I am writing this I am already very excited for the upcoming Sinulog Grand Mardi Gras.

Elementary Division:

1st and Best in Costume Pajo (Lapu-lapu) elementary School
2nd Sto. Filomena Elementary School
3rd Toledo North Central Elementary School
4th Cambanay (Danao) Elementary School
5th Bogo Elementary School

Secondary Division:

1st and Best in Costume Tayud (Consolacion) National Highschool
2nd Carcar National Highschool
3rd Talisay National Highschool
4th Toledo National Highschool
5th Naga National Highschool
